Summer is knocking on our door and the season of cookouts and Rosé cocktails is upon us. And while we are all swapping recipes and enjoying some cool treats outdoors, your dog does not have to be left out of all the summer fun.
Today, it’s all about the frozen treats made with fruits your dog is going to go nuts for.
There are plenty of fun snacks to enjoy summer, but nothing beats seasonal fruits. From blueberries to watermelon, these gorgeous fruits are full of vitamins and ripe with all their natural goodness making them the perfect vehicle to make a healthy and easy treat your dog can enjoy.
In the following recipes I’m using blueberries and watermelon. The benefits make them a no-brainer:
• Blueberries are full of vitamins, including Vitamin C, K and antioxidants.
• Watermelons are low in calories and packed with potassium and Vitamin A.
Let’s get started and make your dog a treat that will keep them hydrated, cool and healthy this summer.
