Ventriloquist and puppeteer Shari Lewis was the creator of Lamb Chop, and spent the rest of her life working with the adorable lamb to help educate children and entertain them. Lewis did this through a variety of shows including her own, The Shari Lewis Show, which was a musical-comedy network TV program.
